About
A group that builds engines, not features
Actual Armor Group started from one product and one hard problem: turning messy public information into something a professional can decide on. The engine that solved it turned out to be reusable — so instead of adding features, we started launching directions.
How we work
The group runs on the model it sells. Research, drafting, QA, planning, and support are handled by role-based automation inside our own back-office; a human approves anything that reaches a client or the public. Improvements do not stay where they were made — they ship as update packages into every direction.
That is the reason a group this size can carry four directions at once, and the reason a new one starts from a working core instead of a blank repository.
Where we are
Private preview. The directions are real and running, but we are deliberately not making launch announcements or revenue claims while the engines are still being shaped. What we can show, we show in the conversation.
The directions
Group updates are posted on LinkedIn.

The parts we do not publish — where each direction actually stands, and what we are looking for next — we go through in a call.
